At thrivecausemeticusshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your Thrive Causemetics Makeup or Bigger Than Beauty Skincare products, we offer a 60-day return and refund policy, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date, in their original, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Used or damaged items will not be accepted for a refund.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return your items. Please note that while we offer free global shipping on all orders, return shipping costs (if any) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, in USD (United States Dollars). Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
